Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
Mahatma Gandhi True say.Gandhi is talking about inner alignment.Inner alignment is when our beliefs about our self comes into agreement with what we are saying and doing. Without these internal packs man cannot be at peace within. But, be warned these inner packs can be toppled quite easily if the pack has hidden misconceptions. By that, I mean hidden memories that lead to faulty concepts about our selves. We are all capable of deceiving ourselves by saying and doing one thing while believing/thinking something else. How often have we been travelling along in a happy state when someone interrupts that happiness by saying something that causes us to lose our peace of mind. We harry over the statement until we feel stressed and often anger towards the perpetrator of our peace. In reality, it is not the perpetrator that has unhinged our state of mind but rather that the perpetrator has poked a pre- existing internal disagreement within us. We can do one of two things, blame the perpetrator and thus justify our self in order to regain the inner status quo of peace ( not recommended as we have just succeeded in filing corrupt data into our brain to be used against us at a later date, once again) ,or we can look inside ourselves for answers as to when and where the false concept, or lie if you prefer, was given birth ,not to mention power to take our happiness.
